Was very pleasant to work with Tim & being a 1st time home buyer he certainly made the process easier. I had a lot of questions all of which he gladly answered. I also remember him taking his time to walk me over the process and what I was to expect. Tom and his team is so excellent to work with. They are a well oiled machine and get the job done. I was trying to get my mortgage done with a few other companies and it was painful, it seemed like they were all used car salesman. When I asked my accounting firm about mortgage companies they referred me to Tom. I can't say enough good things about Tom and his Team.

Travis is super easy to work with. He’s really easy to talk to and communicates well. Super motivated. Only if more businesses and companies had employees like Travis, things would go a lot smoother. He always was prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. And made sure I was taken care of with warm hand offs to other staff that were involved in the process. A consummate professional.
