I can not say enough good things about the guidance and help I received from Tim and his team during my recent home purchase experience. Tim and his team made me feel like I was their only client. They were always available; they were knowledgeable, professional, accountable, and customer-focused. I know the mortgage process can be stressful; Tim and his team made it anything but stressful. We were referred to Tim by a close friend and we were so happy with him that we switched mortgage companies. He always answered all of our questions almost immediately unlike the big banks where we would be put on hold and they wouldn't know us from any other customer.

Tim was an enormous help during my re-finance. It was clear from the start that he was extremely knowledgeable, and as I went through the process his expertise was invaluable. He was very prompt in responding to any questions I had, he returned emails and phone calls quicker than I anticipated. I always felt like it was important to Tim that I was happy and understood what was going on. He worked within my time constraints and was able to get the loan closed very quickly at my request.

Tim Martin was nothing but helpful. He answered any questions I had regarding my mortgage, including the closing. Any time I was confused about my mortgage, I would call Tim & he would answer the phone, email him, he would respond right away. I am now living in my dream home. Thank you Tim.

Ravi was great, checked in on me often to make sure everything was smooth. Walked me thru every step, and always responded to text and calls, and answered all of my questions. This was my first home purchase and I was kind of nervous and clueless as to how the process went but Ravi made it easy. I would definitely recommend using him and his team.

Keith went above and beyond to help my family throughout the entire process. Keith and his team were a constant reassurance for us even when things outside of our loan didn't go as planned. They worked so hard to make sure all of the documents were received in time to close and provided a gentle push to all parties involved to make sure we kept on schedule.
