My Loan Officer was Tiffany Sime. She provided me with great interest rates and provided me with lower than expected closing costs. I will tell you what I have told the dozen or so people I have referred to Tim over the past 4 years (Tim did our original mortgage as well as a recent refi) - “Tim is an animal.” Not only will Tim and his team take all the time you need to explain everything to you (as many times as you need it to be explained), but they’ll also fight, claw and scrap to get you the best deal out there (I dare you to compare). I write this review as not only someone who works in real estate and sees all the good bad and the ugly during transactions but also as a veteran ( not everyone is great at VA deals) and someone who had come from poor credit. not only were Pasquale and his team great, responsive, and very knowledgeable but they got my wife and I an interest rate we didn't think we would see for 5 years. They did a fantastic job on the VA loan as well and were incredibly flexible with issues we had with our seller. highly recommend to anyone.
