I would recommend Jennifer 10 times out of 10 to someone looking to purchase a home, refinance, etc. As first time buyers, we were intimidated by the process, but she made is so manageable - incredibly responsive, patient and willing to explain all aspects of the deal.
We have worked with Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio (Proper Rate) multiple times now and have had a very positive and pleasant experience each time. Was in a bind with selling and buying a house all at one time. Needed to get my closing done and in a hurry. This guy met the date needed and definitely helped alleviate a lot of the stress with the whole process. If you need a lender, this guy will not disappoint.
