Ryan was a pleasure to work with. Who knew the refinance process could be so smooth, quick and personalized? This did not feel like a hurried business transaction. Ryan checked in with me every step of the way. When I had doubts near the end, Ryan answered my questions and put me at ease. I never felt like he just wanted to close the sale for his benefit.
