I worked with Guidance Residential for my mortgage process. I got my pre approval within 24 hours. All my mortgage process completed within 1 week. Initial application 1/17/2024 Rate locked-1/24/2024 Seller couldn’t close early, so we had to wait until 2/15/2024.
