I always wanted to have islamic bank to avoid riba for half of my life theoretically. Alhamdulillah Guidance helped me to buy my first home. It was bit harder than conventional bank what I heard from other people but I went through. Saara Usman has been supported me from beginning to the closer through out process even though application was in other departments. Overall the process was positive. No issues with the Account Executive we had (Tarannum Moon). She was always helpful, communicative, and prompt. Tarannum was always accessible via calls and text which was great. Only issues we had were related to the excess fees and higher rates associated with the Islamic financing here. The higher rates I expect (vs traditional loans), but I think Guidance could use to be a bit more flexible in fees charged during the process since the rates are higher (ex. rate relocking, overall fees). ... read more
