Very smooth and great experience overall with Guidance. Abdellatif​ Aitelfqih did an AMAZING job explaining the process and providing the right information throughout the whole process till the closing. He is very responsive, communicative, transparent and organized. Since this was our first home, we had lots of questions, and Abdellatif was always available to answer them. Really, we couldn't have asked for more :)
