Overall the process was positive. No issues with the Account Executive we had (Tarannum Moon). She was always helpful, communicative, and prompt. Tarannum was always accessible via calls and text which was great. Only issues we had were related to the excess fees and higher rates associated with the Islamic financing here. The higher rates I expect (vs traditional loans), but I think Guidance could use to be a bit more flexible in fees charged during the process since the rates are higher (ex. rate relocking, overall fees). ... read more
My entire experience with Guidance Residential was exceptional. Their business process was thoroughly explained so that I could understand how to finance my home without riba. Once I decided to move ahead with my application, my account manager, Sam Staali, was amazing! He guided me through all of the steps and kept me informed along the way.
