Free Apps are more reliable. App shows wrong path vehicle took almost evertime. Sometimes, app and website lock up on loction of vehicle. If a company was watching employees drive and seen the crazy paths the app shows i think they would think someones been drinking.

Accurate tracking of the vehicle is sporadic, at best. Will show that my car is at work when I'm sitting at home 20 miles away. Great service when it works properly.
never the correct location is seldom correct. For example, I'm not home now. im at work 20 miles away and shows me at home location. I'm at work!

Haven't been able to get into the app for a year. Says my username / password is wrong but won't send me an email to reset. Customer support is non-existent

I can't log in. Can't change password 😕
My Guidepoint app always says the vehicle is at home even though it isn't. it also shows double the mileage as the odometer. sometimes it says it is going 3 mph in my driveway when I am 20 miles away. seems pretty useless to me.
Shows my cars milage as c 3700 more miles than is actually on it
