App takes forever to update actual location of vehicle

It was working, trying to track my son and the app got stuck and showed he was still around the corner from our house when he was infact miles away. Thankfully google maps can track him too. Then today the app opens and goes to a white screen and stays there. I have unistalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and still get a white screen. Paid a lot of $$$ for this for it not to work!

Your last update doesn't let me accept the terms and conditions it automatically closes, effectively not letting me into the app.

It used to work perfectly. Now it no longer logs the trips, no longer has live drive access .. this was one of my favorite parts about my new car and now it's useless.

Wont let me type anything when typing is needed. Add address for geofence? Keyboard disappears. Add phone number to get notifications? Keyboard disappears. We've had this all of 2 days and can't even use it.
