never the correct location is seldom correct. For example, I'm not home now. im at work 20 miles away and shows me at home location. I'm at work!

Haven't been able to get into the app for a year. Says my username / password is wrong but won't send me an email to reset. Customer support is non-existent

I can't log in. Can't change password 😕
My Guidepoint app always says the vehicle is at home even though it isn't. it also shows double the mileage as the odometer. sometimes it says it is going 3 mph in my driveway when I am 20 miles away. seems pretty useless to me.
Shows my cars milage as c 3700 more miles than is actually on it
I've not had a great experience with this app. Currently the app does not open or allow me to view anything. It simply freezes with a gray screen. I've had plenty of past issues with it, but this is the one that makes me the most angry.

App takes forever to update actual location of vehicle

It was working, trying to track my son and the app got stuck and showed he was still around the corner from our house when he was infact miles away. Thankfully google maps can track him too. Then today the app opens and goes to a white screen and stays there. I have unistalled and reinstalled, rebooted my phone and still get a white screen. Paid a lot of $$$ for this for it not to work!

Your last update doesn't let me accept the terms and conditions it automatically closes, effectively not letting me into the app.
