THIS COMPANY HAS TO BE ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.THEY FIRST WANT ME TO SIGN A CONTRACT,THEN THE THE SALES PERSON DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING .THEN THEY SEND ANOTHER SALES PERSON,WHO TRYED THROWING AROUND 5 DOLLAR ROOFING WORDS.SALES PERSON WAS MORE CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY THEN LISTENING TO THE CYSTOMER.I TOLD THEM I DIDN'T WANT A CALIFORNIA CUT IN THE VALLEYS I WANTED THE VALLEYS WOVEN TOGETHER.I COME HOME FROM WORK THE VALLEYS ARE CALIFORNIA CUT.I THEN MADE THEM STRIP THE VALLEYS AGAIN AND DO WHAT... read more

Called them to come out for a estimate and the first guy that was supposed to come out call us and told us his father in law had a heart attack and told us that the office would call us to reschedule waited a week and a lady from office ask us how it went, we told her he never came that they would call us to reschedule ell they did so we had to wait another week for that person to come out and he did and gave us a estimate and told us that he would turn it in the next day after he came back from Columbia and we waited never ... read more

we just got through fixing a roof leak ..been leaking ever since they done it .. if you have a fire place make sure you check be hind them . hose pipe . or a good rain ..or really and truely they cant work when it rains ..so they should come check it ..

I called to have them come and check a leak on a roof they replaced about 5 years ago. Took them over a week to call me back to set up the appointment. Then they never showed or called. Disappointing.

Got my roof done about six months ago and they already had to come back out numerous times for leaks and now they're saying the leaks are not covered under warranty.

The lady manager there was incredibly hurtful and rude to me. She spoke to me on the phone and said she wouldn't usually return my message because of the way my voice sounded. She said I sounded like a child and I have herd that my whole life and it isn't very nice. I cannot help the way my voice sounds it is simply the way God made me!!! I am nearly 30 years old. Discrimination is not a way to run a business.

We had our roof redone by Guy Roofing about 5 years ago sometimes in December I believe. There were some things that we have agreed upon that were not carried out when we have our roof done. Furthermore, even to this day we are still finding roofing nails in the tires of my lawnmower. Guy Roofing did not put my family first in regards to good customer service and I almost filed a report with the Better Business Bureau.

It's amazing . No matter how many times you call to complain about their drivers nothing changes. Their drivers hog the left lane on i26 every day and speed. Plus they won't let anyone by. Happened twice today at 615 and 620. And these are trucks pulling trailers. Not good to drive like idiots when your a rolling bilboard.
