Had someone come out and give me a quote to fix a leak that was found during a home inspection. They quoted me over $3,000. I felt like that had to be high for a leak and said I needed to get a second opinion. Had it fixed the next day for $450.

After hearing about them on Ellis and Bradley, I thought I would try them. Mid-pressure salesmen (noI had my roof replaced 2 years ago. I didnt find out until last week the crew that replaced it tore off a metal strip and straps that go down the middle of the roof. I called a week ago to get someone to come look at it (I'm still waiting, by the way). since then I've had 3 leaks that have been patched (not fixed, because of the issue with the metal strip). I have had to get another contractor to fix it at the cost of $2,000.

I had a sales rep out, they said they were a preferred vendor for my insurance company, turned out no. I advised them of two areas of concern that I would need assistance with and in the end they wanted me to do the leg work. They replaced my roof dueto hail damage in 2011. No complaints till 2017 when 3 shingles came off. Workmanship warranty was passed do they charged me 600.00 to repair this small place on the roof plus 600.00 for a new gutter replacement. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, with the hell they put me through the last few weeks, I can't see how they still in business. Guy Roofing does not honor their workmanship guarantees and have illegal/ unregistered immigrants working on their installation crews. I had Guy Roofing replace my beachfront roof last October 1998 in Wrightsville Beach. The entire crew was from Mexico and did not speak english. I asked for the best roof possible to be installed. I paid for Duration Platinum to sustain 130 mile an hour winds.
