WE paid 1600 to have them fix our roof. They did not fix the roof, told us it would cost 2800 more to fix it, and consistently ignored our calls and emails or gave promises to come back but did not show up when they said they would. This started in September and our roof is still not fixed. This is the worst experience we have ever had with any repair to our 30 year old home. These guys are useless, liars, scammers and could care less about what they have done!
Very Poor Work on Beth Snowden Mom’s House and will not call them
I actually live in NY but there are pictures that have recently gone viral online with this company putting a so called new roof on a 91 year old womans home. Her son has taken photos of water stained sheetrock. He has placed numerous calls to this company and has not gotten a call back to repair the damage done to his elderly mothers home. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do work that is going last would be a good start to improving. My roof started leaking after about four years, just before the five year workmanship warranty ran. Someone came out and said they found and fixed it. Just past the five year mark, with no warranty now, the leak was back. Now I have a really bad leak that is pouring water in. The first couple of years I recommended them all the time, never again.
Guy Roofing did a job on my 91 year old Mom's roof 2 1/2 years ago. The job was so bad that they have come out 4 more times since the original job. With all this recent snow the roof is leaking worse than ever. I called them today and Yep, they took down my name and........crickets. Worst customer service I have ever experienced Here is a picture of their great work less than a year after their “work.”
READ fine print... they subcontracted my roof and it looks terrible! Got several "invoices"... all one liners with no breakdown. Finally got an itemized invoice but still feel duped .. they send out the guy in the Polo with a Guy roofing vehicle. stick a Guy Roofing sign in your yard... and in my case, have a gang of misfits do the work... was promised a quality assurance rep TWICE... and now have a roof that looks like crap... and a bill I am NOT paying till they rectify damages and concerns... go elsewhere!!!
Maybe pay their employees when they are supposed to be paid
