Service rep Chase Williams was excellent. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.We were traveling home from Florida and our Explorer shut down. It was late afternoon but Chase went to bat for us to get it evaluated quickly. We picked it up the next morning completed. He made a bad situation go away.He made our experience at Gwinnett Ford a great experience.
