Had a great time at Gwinnett Ford today. Super price on a new Lincoln MKC. Fastest closing I have ever had making a car purchase and I have 40 plus years experience as a buyer. My sales guy was knowledgeable , personable, and shot straight from the hip-no game playing. He honestly wanted to make sure I was happy with my deal. Ask for Bryant Milon and tell him the “honey badger” sent you.

It was truly a great experience purchasing my car with Gabi Mor. He was extremely attentive and worked hard to make sure I was pleased through each step of the sale and after. I never had an issue getting in touch with him before or after the sale. When I am in the market for another car I will be reaching out him first.

Lionel is the parts manager at the Dealership.I have Lionel is the parts manager at the Dealership. I have ordered parts for more than one vehicle on different occasions. He has always helped me on a very professional manner. Would recommend this parts And service department .

I’m very grateful that 3 years ago I experienced and I’m very grateful that 3 years ago I experienced and received exceptional hospitality from Gwinnett Place Ford, Gabi Mor was my salesman instead of being pressured to purchase a automobile he made me feel welcomed, the automobile he presented to me was a Ford Explorer Limited, turns out this was exact color and model I had been looking for. I was very pleased with the great helped that Pierre Parham, provided when I had problems with my escape. He and the service tech, I think his name was Jeff, made sure my 2008 Escape’s problems were diagnosed and taken care of. 5++++ service.

My sales rep Jason-Lee was amazing! He wasn't pushy, but gave me all the info I needed. I'd absolutely buy from him again. Lenny the manager was awesome to work with. They definitely would get my business again. They helped explain everything to me and was so helpful in every way. Amazing experience! 5 stars.

Parham has always been an outstanding service person. Why isn’t he on the list???? Is there someone that I can speak to, or Stop using your dealership? There is one closer to my home.
