Gwinnett Ford has an awesome staff and welcoming environment. We never felt pressured in any way. Our salesman Pepe was very nice and courteous. The sale manager, Lenny was professional and saved us a ton of time. Our finance manager, Leroy was great, explained everything and made the experience seamless. We have never had a better car-buying experience...A+++

I worked with Heidi. She made the process simple and easy. She wasn’t pushy and she allowed me time to look over my options. Whenever she didn’t have an answer, she didn’t hesitate to go find out and come back to communicate it with me. I would recommend her to anyone interested in a vehicle.

Pierre and his team were awesome. Fixed all my issues with my truck and at a fair price. I was in and out in 4 days. Other dealers would have taken over a week. Recommend. Awesome

The service was great. Thanks Gwinnett Place Ford.. Charles met me when I drove in and was very courteous and went over all my options. I walked in instead of a appointment and it was very busy but he got me in and out eventhough the wait time suppose to had been over 2 hours. Thanks Charles.

We didn't intend to replace our 2017 F150 Vernon McDonald called us out of the blue ... a follow up from us being in months earlier trolling around the new truck lot. Well ... Vernon diligently worked with us to make a deal on a new 2019 4x4 that fit our program. He got what I thought was a very reasonable trade deal on our 2017 F150 4x2. We left with a good feeling that Vernon & the dealership did their best to address what we thought was the best deal WE needed. Thanks Vernon. Had a great time at Gwinnett Ford today. Super price on a new Lincoln MKC. Fastest closing I have ever had making a car purchase and I have 40 plus years experience as a buyer. My sales guy was knowledgeable , personable, and shot straight from the hip-no game playing. He honestly wanted to make sure I was happy with my deal. Ask for Bryant Milon and tell him the “honey badger” sent you.

It was truly a great experience purchasing my car with Gabi Mor. He was extremely attentive and worked hard to make sure I was pleased through each step of the sale and after.
