Sales rep Geo was great and I would recommend working Sales rep Geo was great and I would recommend working with him if you have the chance. to purchase a 2019 Escape and had no issues. Salesman was courteous and understanding to our goals for payment, interest, and overall end cost. Only "issue" we had was the wrong floor mat was put in the car after it was cleaned. Noticed this 2 days later and they fixed it in immediately.

New Lincoln Nautilus Vernon McDonald was very helpful and courteous. He was very prompt upon our arrival. When searching for a vehicle online, there was an option to check availability. Vehicle was available and an appointment was set up for a test drive. Vernon had Nautilus waiting at the front door. Very impressed with him and the test drive.
