Making the appt was easy and quick. Got in on time, service was fast. Mentioned a concern that seemed to slip through the cracks. Otherwise, all good.
Upon arrival it was slow as no one approached to see why I was there. I had to approach a service advisor. But once this was out of the way everything from there on was great. The advisor was knowledgeable and answered as well as ask some great questions. Could have been a 5 star if not from the initial experience.
