It was great!! Carrie is amazing! Love that Lady! Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than I'd like, but overall always a good to great experience.

Took car in for recall & oil change, not a week later car has sign of oil leak. Got it inspected at local mechanic shop and its gasket. Why wasn't this caught at supposed inspection they were to do. Then i get a call that my spark plugs need changing & that I declined the service. I was not even advised that I needed to do that when I was there. On the other hand - the sweet lady who transported me from & then back to dealership was super!
Kerri's, Service Technician, goes over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction on all transaction, no mater how minor or major. I would highly recommend her as your service agent and the Gwinnett Place Ford Service Department over all. Kerri, Thank you for ALL you do! You are appreciated!

Jason was the BEST! Jason is the type of dealer we all want when buying a car. Very calm not pushy and overbearing. I'd give him a 10 out of 10 for his customer service, listing skills, and over all the attention to my needs and wants.
Good funny story: My truck is a stick shift. After they fixed my car, they didn't know how to start and drive it over to me. They thought the battery was dead and try to jump it, but it wouldn't turn over if you don't put in the clutch. They didn't know what the pedal was for. They guy who finally brought me my truck said my truck was "obsolete." Well, I'm a geezer and I'm "obsolete" also. I got there first. He'll get there in a few years. I win!
The service was great because my service advisor Manny was terrific.
Cedric and his team are the best! I actually live one county over but I travel to this location specifically because I enjoy their customer service so much. I'm currently on my second Ford and I've been going to this location a little over 8 years and my experience with them has always been top notch. Definitely recommend.
