Hajir was very helpful from start to closing. His knowledge of the specific loans and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the whole process were awesome. He made time for us in office on several occasions and provided expert opinion to help us make decisions. During the purchase process, he was always available by phone and his office staff and assistants were also very efficient. Very positive experience, we would certainly work with him again, possibly soon for a re-fi.

When we 1st met Hajir he came to our home to discuss what we have for options in home loans. This was the 1st time we had a loan Company even interested enough to come to us. By the time he left we felt like we had a long time friend stop by. Since that time we have used Hajir for every money matter we have. Every time the results are better than we expected. My refi was a tricky situation. My credit score was only 699and I was trying to a get rid of my PMI. Hajir worked hard searchingfor a new loan that would get rid of the pesky PMI..Well he found a newand he was able to roll in my 2nd loan as well which was about to balloonon me.
