My wife and i just purchased our first home through Hajir and he spent over a year working with us before the sale as we had many questions and lots to learn. We never felt pressured or that he didnt have time for us even though we werent completely ready to buy. During the actual process he kept his eye on rates and made sure we got the best possible deal. After having a horrible experience with chase we are convinced Hajir is the best there is K & L

Hajir was very thorough in explaining to me the details of the loan process as my mortgage broker before I purchased my home. He was very patient and responsive to all my questions. Being a mortgage broker, he not only committed his time to finding me a very attractive interest rate; he also spent time with me finding the ideal house for my budget.

Hajir is very knowledgable and spent the time to review all my options so that I understood them clearly. He and his staff worked with me throughout my refinancing so that the process was simple. I value the team's sincerity, professionalism and friendliness. They offered to send a notary out to wherever I was and where possible utilized online document review and signature for convenience. Hajir had also assisted me with my original mortgage when I purchased my home and they were great, then, too.

We just bought our first home and got our loan through ACC Home Loans. They are very helpful and easy to work with. Hajir (our loan officer) was very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped us through all the steps and always was ready to answer our questions/concerns. Overall it was really exceptional experience.
