Really liked the online mortgage tool that Hajir at ACC provided. Usually the lender or broker will rattle stuff off and its hard to picture or have time to digest all the information. The mortgage tool helped clearly communicate the rate, breakdown and comparison across other programs and even between different brokers. Hajir and his team were very quick to respond. The process was smooth. Hajir and his team even accommodated us for early morning and late evenings for us to do doc signings.
