I've done three loans with Hajir and they've all turned out great, very easy. He was very reliable with the information he gave me and I was able to meet all of the requirements of the loan.

Hajir is amazing.... he is on top of it..... always there ... he provides you with numerous loan packages and options.... walks you through each one and explains financial scenarios that would help one to make concise decision on what type of loan to choose. He is extremely professional and responsive. He was there with us through all the steps of the process from A to Z.

We had a fantastic experience with Hajir and his team. We did our original home loan through him and, because of his financial guidance and know-how, we had a practically painless experience buying a home. Not only that, but Hajir kept us in mind as the housing market changed, letting us know we could refinance to remove our mortgage insurance. He's very up front and honest with all the paperwork and does a great job distilling the complicated maze of financing a home into an easy to digest package.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hajir refinancing my home several times over the past 10 years. I recommend him without reservation! My whole refinance experience went pretty smoothly. He went above and beyond to assure the transaction goes smoothly and I get full satisfaction. It was some miss-calculation on numbers, but he rectified the problem immediately without any impact on the cost and timeline.It was no surprise as part of the process and that’s what I liked the most.
