Lease buy-out poor service and little value for what you pay I bought out my lease which could have gone much smoother and quite frankly the administration fee charged is not worth "the mandatory cost". It took multiple attempts and an escalation to the sales manager to get a simple appointment booked. The appointment was completed on time including the vehicle safety however the $400+ charged for the administration portion to simply check in then sell me my own vehicle is puzzling.
