Oil change I went into the dealership and was going to leave my car for the next day. However they said that I could use the express service and I was out of there in an hour. This is really great because I had another activity to do the next day.

Recall appointment My service representative was excellent. He arranged for my car to be taken in immediately so that I could just wait for it to be done as opposed to having to leave and return. Great experience! (I'm sorry, but I don't remember his name. Very friendly!)

Quick service needed My regular maintenance light displayed late on a Friday and I was headed on a road trip on Sunday. The service advisor said an appointment was usually needed but advised I bring it in on Saturday (the next day). I did and the service happened and I could get in the road on Sunday. Many thanks!

Easy, sensible and no nonsense. This was the second time I had visited the dealership in a two week period. I met with Mike and he was honest and gave me options that were best for me and what I was looking for. I appreciated the way the transaction was handled and that I feel even now that I could call Mike and ask questions and he would make the time to speak with me.

Courteous and Informative The dealership took the initiative to check for recalls on my car. They also ensured that I had shuttle service as required home and to the train station
Very Good Service Brought the CR-V in for service and was very pleased. Like the fact I can book my service online. Great service from Cory. And good service from both shuttle drivers. Work done properly and on-time. All good.
