Came from out of town Chatted with sales rep Greg McLean and he was able to provide info on the CRV I was looking for seeing as the dealership in my home town did not have the CRV EX-L I was looking for. I was very happy with how I was looked after by Greg and the service I received from him and the service manager and general manager at Halton Honda to assist buying the vehicle I wanted. Service Took the car into Jamal for service. As usual prompt response car was finished before the time frame requested. All the service staff go out of their way to look after our needs. It is always a positive experience.
Consistently very good service Currently have 2 Honda vehicles ( bringing my total of Hondas/Acuras to 9). Always service at Halton Honda. Knowledgeable service staff. Prompt service. Never had them miss a completion time. Advice about emerging maintenance needs. Too bad the car wash is always out of service when my cars are serviced. I probably have 5 or 6 coupons for a complimentary wash.
Wow from brad We have been loyal clients of halton Honda for 16yrs. If it wasn't for Brad's world class service we would have changed car maker 10yrs ago. What sets him apart from any service we recieved is his consistency is treating us like loyal clients. All new hires at halton Honda should learn from Brad how he creates long term relationships with his clients.

Great service experience I found the service prompt and the representative very friendly and helpful. I would say he went above and beyond to help with my problem and make sure I was happy with the dealership.
Airbag Replacement The airbag was replaced quickly (I didn't have to wait very long) and accurately because of the recall. I didn't have any problems with the new airbag.
Friendly service Salesman Greg Berg and Financial department Cecelia were both knowledgeable. Thorough and friendly. We felt they both helped us choose the appropriate lease for us. We are happy with our CRV
