Pleasant! I was greeted on my arrival and as soon as a service rep was available, my work order was discussed and finalized to my satisfaction. My questions were all answered and I was then able to enjoy a coffee. On completion of the work, the paperwork was completed without complication and I was on my way.

Usual Great Service at a Busy Dealership Although this dealership is very busy every time my car needs servicing they always fit me in and complete the work on my car by the end of the day. I also get complementary shuttle service.

B service, replacement of brake line component My car ran very well after completion of the B service. The service advisor notified me that a component in one of the brake lines had been chewed by an animal (likely a mouse) and needed replacement. The service advisor notified me immediately of the problem and ordered the replacement part immediately.

We purchased a new 2019 CRV Marc Pregnolato was our Sales Representative and he was great to work with. The new CRV's are quite complicated compared to our 2010 and he was very patient with my wife and I explaining all the new electronic features and said to come back anytime for a refresher.
