Fine service I had excellent service in spite of the fact that the service centre was very busy, and some staff were off sick. Only a few minutes' delay,

Snow Tires Changed Left my car for removal of snow tires, quickly got a ride home and back to the dealership and my car was washed!! Shuttle drivers were both very friendly.
Excellent service and problem solving They dealt with several issues on this visit. Initially, there was to be the regular maintenance plus the switch to our summer tires. However, somehow the trunk wouldn’t sit flush and this was perplexing at first. A solution was figured out eventually. When the car was taken out for a test drive after the tires were change a noise was detected in the rear wheel. Upon inspection it was determined that we needed a new wheel bearing. Outstanding service! It was Friday at 3:30 before heading north and my tire was soft, making a hissing sound. Drove to dealership and as busy as they were, Mark said they could fit me in, if I could wait. One hour later they had fixed it and I was on my way. Couldn’t thank them enough....Mark came to the rescue!
