Everything Done As Expected Took my car in to have the winter tires swapped out for the all season tires. Everything went as I had expected. No surprises, all good..
Cory was excellent wish I could have car detailing done...also had expected an exterior car wash...service work was done In half the time...Cory was excellent....coffee was good
New Vehicle Lease - Excellent experience Couldn't be happier with my experience at Halton Honda. Both car and owner cared for Upon arrival to Halton Honda one feels at home. The customer service is very good and the car is provided excellent maintenance. I also appreciate the shuttle service.
NO JUDGEMENT Took my CR-V to the dealership because I could hear a strange noise. After two test-drives (including one with me), it turned out there was nothing wrong with the car. I felt bad for taking their time but they made me feel comfortable with my decision.
Water in fuel Picked up some bad fuel at Shell in Bolton......made it home, then towed to Halton Honda. Brad and Nigel were most helpful to diagnose the problem, and document the bad gas, for renumeration from Shell. The tech,whose name I did not get( young fellow with tattoos ), went the extra mile, by draining/siphoning out the tank a second time, when all the engine lights came on again after I picked up the car the first time. It’s a day later, the car is still running well. Kudos to all. Thanks. Doug

Seamless service Great service - realistic expectations set for timing and work was completed quickly ahead of time. Hayley at the Express Service desk was exceptional in customer service.
Off with the Winter Tires I appreciated being able to book the online appointment and while I did not use the shuttle service at the outset, I was glad it was available for pick up for me to retrieve my car, so thank you.
