Type B Service I am very impressed with the service staff - keeping me informed, saving me money and their consistently high quality of service. The fact that my 1998 Civic is still going strong, speaks volumes about the reliability/quality of the vehicle and service provided at Halton Honda.
Unexpected Help We want to thank Service Manager Carlos Pereira for his terrific work. Our son was in Burlington and had an issue arise with his '01 CRV. Not knowing if the car was safe to drive, Carlos was able to arrange an appointment for us and quickly have the problem diagnosed. Tires switched One caveat, your on line booking should have a question re “do we Store your tires”. I did not state this on my registration, which caused a delay on installation. To get my car out on time a Uber taxi was sent for me as the Shuttle was busy. This additional touch much appreciated.
Service and Recall Visit I brought 2018 CRV in for Oil Dilution Recall issue and to changeover to summer tires. I got shuttle ride back home and was picked up once service and recall issue was completed. Service Rep Jamal kindly answered my questions regarding recall and arranged for shuttle ride.
Software issues The battery in my brand new 2019 CRV-EX has died twice. I called my salesperson on the Saturday and he managed to squeeze me in for same day service. I was seen immediately at the appointment time by Jamal. I spend the two hours shopping at the mall where Stan drove me with the shuttle, instead of sitting at the dealership, and I had a choice of malls to go to. exactly after two hours Stan called me and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my car. Great first impression of the Service at Halton Honda.
