Will Kuipers was superior! Will Kuipers was the best sales person I’ve dealt with in any industry. I being in sales myself was very impressed with how he stick handled our negotiations, took the time to go through options on the car with me and called after a few days of finalizing the contract to see how I was making out with my new car and offered me to come in any time If I needed assistance with features. I will recommend him every chance I get. He will continue to have my business.
Easy to deal with The sales staff were right up front with details about the car we were looking at. Any questions we had were answered with documentation to show what was known of the car. I haven't bought used for many years and I was apprehensive in purchasing any used car. Our sales person helped eliminate that feeling. Service I was suspicious of the information in the maintenance screen. It had a 90 per cent oil with the next service as a b service. I had a b service and oil change in August. I know my husband had put a lot of mileage on the car since then. I went into the dealership and spoke to Alex. Using my past oil change information he calculated I would need an oil change between 13 and 15 kilometres and told me what the mileage was the previous oil change. Service A The service is not very sorry Jamal allowed to do the Change oil. I didn't wait to long & they change my bulb for the break light. Excellent service!
