FRIENDLY STAFF Cory was FRIENDLY, accommodating (to our last minute request for a drive clean test). He called to let us know when service was done, couldn't reach me for a few times, however made sure he followed up with a conversation directly (instead of just leaving me a message). It's a great experience and a pleasure to meet with FRIENDLY staff such as Cory!
Oil change The service is quick and I like how you are texted with updates. Staff is excellent and professional. Nice touch with free coffee while you wait.
Snow tires installed what else can I say? Put car in for snow tires, came out with snow tires. I find these surveys very annoying!
Excellent service by kind and respectful staff! I was stranded Friday night and Jamal took the time after hours to help me. He was very kind and went the extra mile for me. John was closing the dealership but would not leave until I was picked up! He even offered to drive me home. My car was fixed promptly the next morning at no charge and Jamal even washed it for me! Amazing service!

flexible schedule I work day shift and night shift and Halton Honda is always ready to work around my crazy schedule. Was given a loaner car since I do not live in Burlington.
Routine maintenance Sales person was friendly and courteous. My car was ready earlier than expected. My steering wheel wasnt dirty either which has bee the case at other service centres. And my car was washed which was a bonus.
