Professional, Attentive Service Recall and regular maintenance service explained well and completed within the timeframe specified. Additional questions/concerns were addressed in such a way as to alleviate any concerns. Brad was terrific to deal with.
very helpfull staff First of all would like to thank Jessika Madrid and Aralyu for their help ! have purchased the Honda civic about two years ago did not had to much problem at all. however any time needed something like oil change or some small repairs it was looked after wit expertes and if I did not known what or why had to be doneit was explained understaneable. to me iam only 93 years old thank you
Timely service Recall service was completed in a timely manner. I have no complaints with my contact with the service department and the shuttle drivers. Nigel was friendly and wisely confirmed my contact phone number as an old number was still listed in my file. The drivers were very friendly as well.
Great knowledgeable staff Walked in and greeted by everyone who saw us. Then met with Ryan and he listened to our needs and within a week we got our new suv. Great fast service, amazing with kids, knowledgeable and everything in a timely manner
Efficient service The service was very efficient. Everything was explained very well and the service was done in a timely manner despite the service area being already very busy.

Sales consultant, Greg Berg, goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are treated fairly and honestly and that the keasing, buying, or financing experience is positive. Great Customer Service We recently had to have a warranty issue taken care of on our 2012 Honda Civic. The service manager, Carlos, went out of his way to arrange our service dates and a courtesy car to make an inconvenient experience as convenient as possible. Halton Honda shuttles are great! The drivers are friendly and it makes dropping off your vehicle much more practical.
Service representative was very courteous. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The service technician answered all my questions. Work was done in the time frame indicated when I dropped off the car.
FIRST SERVICE ON HR-V Everything went well except that they were not able to find the cause of a noise when accelerating as it did not occur while they were driving it. Very pleased with everything else, oil and filter, replace rear wiper blade cover piece (under warranty) and installed winter tires. Very pleased with the HR-V as well.
