The staff was super nice and accommodating. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely stay here again!
Great location!!!! Staff was friendly, prompt and professional. Breakfast was fine. Never waited long for an elevator. Beds are a bit firm, but overall rooms were clean. Would stay there again!

The frond desk staff at the Hampton Inn Manhattan - Chelsea are amazing. They are all friendly, very well-informed, thoughtful, and go out of their way to help you. We were especially impressed with the kindness, courtesy, and expertise of Niccy. She was amazing. The food is also pretty good at the morning breakfast, and the location is hard to beat--you are near major tourist attractions and amazing restaurants. Our main concern was with the noise.
