Convenient Great staff, convenient to explore the city, great city view from the room. One glitch with an elevator though, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
Overall was good, I will stay some where else next time. Also only one elevator was working.
Nice Stay! Nice clean hotel. Very courteous and helpful front-desk and overall hotel staff. We got a room with an amazing night skyline view. Good morning breakfast. Decently good location. A couple of mins walk to subway stations making commuting easy. There was some renovation/maintenence going on, but didn't bother us much.
Quiet for the location. Great location. Poor elevator service and breakfast space is crowded when the hotel is busy.

Hello NYC The hotel was easily accessed to MSG. Renovations and a downed elevator made things not so pleasant though. No area to sit outside to enjoy the sights & sounds. Breakfast was mobbed and ran out of lots of stuff an hour before it closed. Quiet and clean…the important stuff.
Great time with family. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was fast and easy. There was only one elevator working, which caused longer wait times on occasion. The complementary breakfast was great, I would highly recommend.
