Hotel was overall good! Staff was very nice and friendly, free breakfast was not bad honestly and the rooms were clean! The only downside was that there was only one elevator working so it would take forever to come up. Location wise it was great, there’s so many dining options nearby and the subway station is just around the corner.

Breakfast not diabetic friendly ... no splenda, no sugar free syrup
Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Below average breakfast food. Room was very clean. Very basic and affordable accommodations in a nice area.
It takes a long time to wait for elevetor every day.
The front desk staff was absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, and helpful with directions. The ambiance was lacking, the main doors weren’t working (a side door that was not automated but a pull situation) was the only way to enter. Only one elevator was working, on the 16th floor, it created a lot of elevator traffic and delays. The breakfast did not have bagels and did not have enough healthy / gluten free options.
