Stationnement tres cher . Gaspillage au niveau des shampoings a cause des dosettes. Salle de restauration pas tres bien nettoyée ( tables pas nettoyées….) Gel disinfectant pas reapprovisionné, vide pendant plusieurs jours,(celui de la salle a mangé. Pâte a gaufre (régulière), il n’y en avait plus le dernier jours.
Loving Kind Staff and Great Breakfast Great experience, they allowed me to check in a little early and it meant a lot because I was exhausted
La chambre était très tranquille. La personne à la réception à notre arrivé et le lendemain matin était super gentille
The room was cleaner than expected- the staff looked messy and there was garbage all over the exterior front of building. The front doors were not working so it was hard to carry luggage- No one there to help.

Love my stay in this hotel. It’s very clean and staff was really nice. The breakfast was very decent and it’s located in a great neighbourhood. Overall, wonderful stay!
Despite a lot of construction going on outside - don't be discouraged. The location is great. The staff is great. and although small, the room was very clean and updated. We had a great view from our window. We really like the location. This hotel was a great value for NYC
In need of serious repairs. The crew is very nice but facilities are getting worth year after year.
