Great location in Chelsea! Nice to have a hearty breakfast included with room. Staff friendly and helpful. Standard queen bed room in corner, decent size for NYC, quiet, and comfortable. WiFi great!
Overall okay There was always a long line for breakfast!! Good luck waiting 10 mins+ to take the elevator down during breakfast time! There are only 2 small elevators and if they stop at multiple floors (which will likely do) before your floor, your chances of getting into an evaluator are very small. Our carpet stayed wet during our entire stay, possibly due to leaking from AC unit. Constructions happened during our stay, which was inconvenient for us. Other than that, our room was clean and nice. Everything was up to date.

The hotel is located only about 100 meters from the 23rd street subway station, making all the NYC locations very easy to reach. The view from 19th floor room was wonderful with windows pointing directly to World Trade Center. Breakfast was included, but not that good. It was very convenient to our needs and close to everything that we needed. Chelsea is a great location and not crowded like Times Square.

Due to airline cancelation, we ended up staying at this Hampton Inn, with a very late arrival! This was on Aug 4th. The lady with blondish hair was amazing! Truly amazing! Then the next morning was another amazing lady …& this carried through for the 2 extra days we were there! The breakfast & it’s service was outstanding! Cleanliness throughout! I am a traveler …seldom have I run into 5 stars all wrapped up in one!! Our next trips to NYC will just automatically be at the Hampton Inn in Chelsea!
A good location at a decent price. Subway stops very close by, the Flatiron building just a couple blocks away. There was a full breakfast included each morning. The breakfast was good. The coffee was a bit watered down, and they had powdered eggs one morning, but overall quite good. The room was large for NYC. We had 2 queen beds. It also had a small fridge, which was great for storing leftovers. Portions are huge in NYC.
Great location for getting around NYC. Overall, it offered great value of location, amenities, and cost. The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
