Great stay for a great price. Area is walkable and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Ms. Sharon at the front desk was so kind and welcoming and answered all of our questions. We requested extra towels for our stay and they showed up to our room within minutes! Will stay here again in the future!
An amazing experience for the first time in New York City!! Staff were lovely and transportation around the city was easy to figure out. Fantastic staff and experience!!

Free breakfast only if you got there very early. Most items ran out and were not replenished by 8 am. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and pleasant. Hotel is dated.
Centre of Town. No need to catch any transport if you like walking. Shopping to the max.
Correct Séjour correct, chambre propre, l'hôtel est bien placé dans New York , cependant le "petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre" est plus que passable : plus de café ou de thé à 8h, rien à manger et pas de réapprovisionnement. Obligé d'aller déjeuner ailleurs.
Problemas ocorreram, porém os solucionaram!!!! Tivemos um problema com vazamento de água no chão do quarto, que teve o carpete inundado em metade da extensão. Colocaram toalhas pelo chão / carpete, mas no dia seguinte, precisamos trocar de quarto e que não era em andar alto com vista para a cidade, conforme paguei inicialmente! Devido a esse transtorno, a gerente do hotel, Sra Aldina informou que eu seria reembolsada em 50% do valor total da estadia!
