Everything spot on very good location and price
Staff was helpful, breakfast could have been a bit better.

It's very convenient for me. Also it have 24 hour coffee in the lobby, a fridge, and enough outlets of all kinds for me to charge my devices. It's near Whole Foods, Eataly, and a lot of other places to eat of buy food. One complaint this time was the kitchen seemed disorganized at breakfast, and the coffee cups and tops did not fit - someone ordered the wrong sized top. Pretty minor, and I always stay here when I come to NYC.
Kamal The location drove me to reserve this hotel. There after the service was not upto expectations. The breakfast was chaotic. The food displayed was not enough for the guests. The area was too tight to move. There was only one person trying to serve about 40-50 people.
Location was very good and staff was good.
Super close to the subway and walkable to Penn Station. This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Manhattan!
