Un très bon hotel bien desservi et proche des principales attractions à Manhattan.
After sales are lacking! Communication is poor! Stay was fine. Room fairly comfortable. Service was okay. Liked the luggage storage. Overall, I’d say it was acceptably enjoyable, however have since felt let down by the after service! Called multiple times and asked for a copy of my invoice of which I called again and asked for it to be sent… two days later… still waiting. My query of a surplus credit card transactions are still not explained!! I was charged for two waters in the room of which I have photographic proof they w... read more
Facility was clean, close to area attractions.
The only thing was there was a tub and i needed a walk in shower. Otherwise every one at the hotel was pleasant courteous and helpful.
