We hebben een goed verblijf gehad. De bedden waren prima en de kamer was schoon. De ruimte bij het ontbijtbuffet was wat beperkt en af en toe wachten op de vers gebakken producten. Vriendelijk personeel en voor ons prima locatie
The rooms was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Everything was a little tight but I guess that is NYC
Perfect hotel for our first visit to NYC! Walkable to all the hotspots, great breakfast, affordable stay.
Front desk staff didnt really explain much about the amenities nor was there anything in the room advising anything about the amenities or surrounding area. It would have been helpful.
Area in front of hotel had trash, needles and a homeless guy. Hotel room had excellent views. Stayed for my birthday, but when I checked out I found out that a gift was sent to my room, but not delivered. It was ruined by the time i was made aware of it while checking out, over 24 hours after it was delivered (it was fruits and pastries that didn't last). Room was very clean! Check in and check out was easy. Good bang for your buck.
