Everything was perfect. Just, you need to take care of the door lock because it was hard to open and close. Good neighborhood, good location and a lot of things to see on Manhattan quite close.
Breakfast area was very crowded and often out of food. Our room smelled bad.

Hotel staff were amazing! So helpful and kind. We were there for my husband to have surgery and they went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and we had was needed! The only draw back was the exercise room was in the cellar and the treadmill made it so my back was to the door. That made me very nervous and uncomfortable. If a mirror was places so I could see if someone came it would have made a huge difference.
