Water was shut off one afternoon for city pipe work and no prior warning was posted.
We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Chelsea. Breakfast was great! The hotel is nice and clean.
The facilities were wonderful but the breakfast service was inconsistent. It seems the staff couldn't keep up with the demands.
Sehr gute zentrale Lage, aber nicht zu wimmelig. Unterkunft schon in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstück war gerade noch akzeptabel.
Room and bath are smaller than expected. Would not recommend to families
One of the lifts wasn’t working which was inconvenient, plus the room was in need of a revamp. Very helpful and friendly staff though.
