Amazing staffs and 100 meters from subway station.
Solid and clean Person checking us in was friendly. Room was clean. Access to everything was easy.
Is not bad and is not excellent. But the staff is so nice, excellent service. The better part is not to expensive and the breakfast include. In my opinion the room are old and is not ti clean
Poor elevator service. Long wait time as one of the two elevator was broken. There is no service elevator for staff and room services . Hence long wait times and stops pretty much at every floor
The room was nice and clean but shower head needed to be cleaned.
Very conveniently located near to 23st subway stations. Really good breakfast with different options. Bagels, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, juices, coffee, toasts and sides. The only concern was the second elevator being damaged. You had to ride only one elevator for the entire hotel and the service personal transportating the loads of laundry.
