The constant banging of the doors no one even staff when cleaning rooms care about the slamming of the doors and 2nd night there money stolen from our room I did leave on bedside table stupid of me to think it would be safe in my hotel room but sadly not and whoever took it had a key !! Waiting for a response as it’s now a internal investigation and apparently they will know if room was entered while we were out !! Horrible place never again I Wi-Fi was down had to use phone outside lobby was filled with kids took me hour to get to my room,valet service sucks employees did not help what sober I wanted to pull the fire alarm knew fire inspectors would of shut this place down if they were there not a good experience ask for help or reimbursement and the lady behind desk would not help I will never again waist my money here got to do better
paid $200 for a room on a saturday night on the 5th floor to over look a sad view of an alley way, concrete, and bars on windows.. couldn’t even see the sun… i am a hiltons honor member and it’s very disappointing.. we will not be staying here again.
Poor soundproofing and poor cleanliness. Facility is very old
