They have down pillows on the beds which my family is extremely allergic to. When asked about options I was told to just take them off the bed. My daughter and I had swollen faces for the whole stay from being in the same room as the pillows. The last day we were there there was no water in our room for greater then 4 hours and when asked if there was a time line of when it would be back they told us it wasn’t there concern and then charged us $3 for using the bottle of water in the hotel room to be able to have water to bru... read more

Please bleach your towels The front of the hotel and lobby are nice. Once you enter your room it’s small and cramped. The bathroom towels were dingy and smelled. Some had stains. The room door slams upon closing so we can hear our neighbor too. The breakfast was great! Always plenty and never ran out of servings. They even had a grab bag to go. There was never shortage of hot water or tea 24 hours a day. Overall it wasn’t horribly bad.

Most staff were friendly and some were good at their jobs. Room was extremely small, with a tiny closet and not equipped with features, shelves for example, to accommodate two people in the room. Same with bathroom. We were awakened by a loud scraping noise at 7:30 Sunday morning. That took a long time to resolve and turned out to be maintenance work in the room above ours.

Checking in process was horrible. Was suppose to check in at 3pm and no rooms where available until 5:30pm. I was suppose to be getting ready for a concert and had to rush.

The manager at the check in was mean and prejudiced. Rooms were really small and the Utilities were not working properly. The shower was not proper. The area is good but feels unsafe at night.

The best part is location. Otherwise rooms are very very small for family of 4 with luggages, hardly any space to walk inside, in-spite of our request we did not get a bigger room or a city facing room, felt claustrophobic, breakfast was poorly managed, once (12th August morning) we came much before closing time ( 9.30am) but all food was over and they were not replenished and we saw other travellers staying there were upset over it and complained but nothing was done, basic food stuff like bread was also not available. We w... read more
