climate control remote was falling off the wall & had no range. TV remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was continually empty...I went in 4 times when there were no eggs & no breakfast meat. Far too small space for the number of guests. Only 2 elevators for 19 floors. Ridiculously loud room doors slamming when they close

It’s not a good option The room was uncomfortable and very small. Everything looks really old and dirty. No friendly staff. Breakfast terrible. The only good point was the location.

Cet hotel est noté 8/10 chez Expedia il ne vaut pas plus de 2/10. Chambres très exiguës. Le ménage n'est fait que tous les 2 jours! Le petit dejeuner est horrible salle exiguë, produits bas de gammes souvent manquants. Tables rarement nettoyées... Le wifi marche de temps en temps! Enfin par rapport au prix il est fortement à déconseiller.

Most horrible experience I have ever gone through to the point where 911 was called. Staff, director and managers handled the situation very poorly. DO NOT STAY. My access key had access to an additional room that was not mine and it let me in and they are denying it. All of a sudden there’s no cameras all of a sudden there’s no history on my key card. I wasted an entire night trying to figure out why I had access to another room and I had left stuff in there and they wouldn’t let me go back in to take MY stuff out. I felt s... read more

Dexepcionante Ja conheciamos o hotel da mesma rede de Miami, que é maravilhoso e ficamos decepcionados comno NY. Ficamos 5 noites e o quarto foi limpo e realizado troca de toalhas apenas 1 vez, no 4 dia... o café da manhã é bagunçado e insuficiente... a moça que limpa o banheiro é a mesma que repõe os itens do café apenas com troca de luvas... a atendente da recepçao é grosseira. Tirando tudo isso, a localização é boa.

Bad service! Terrible service! Persons working in the reception were rude and arrogant! Not service minded at all. Will not come to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone else.

Room was incredibly small. The window leaked. And the room smelled musty. No dresser to unpack clothes. Housekeeping didn’t close the door and we returned to the room being unlocked.

Tá et andet hotel ! Vi fik et værelse som var meget slidt. Badeværelse: usikker badekar, bruser og haner var meget skrøbelige og vi var bange for at stå med en vandhane i hånden når vi brugte vand døren kun ikke lukkes! Få ansatte var venlige, endsige hjælpsomme. De andre var sure. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om og “spisestuen var uhumsk. Vi skulle selv tørre bord af når vi skulle spise.
