Seems like the linens were dirty since the day I arrived I had itchiness in my body and housekeeping is not done everyday.

Si bien no está mal en precio respecto de la zona, me parece un poco caro para no tener limpieza diaria. La zona del desayuno está siempre con mucha gente. Creo que hace falta un espacio más grande para desayunar.

The room is not clean. Blood on the sheets and door to the restroom. The only positive was the air conditioner.

Find a better place if you can The breakfast was not great — tasteless and artificial food (the eggs are definitely made from some kind of powder), very limited selection, slow reloading of food/coffee, but the worst was how crowded the breakfast area used to get every morning — the people are literally fighting for food. The room was outdated and dark (window was super small and could barely open it), the carpets sticky and generally old/not well-maintained. The bathroom was fine.

The prime location is the only thing going for this place. But the hotel itself is awful. Not a single machine in the building works (vending machine, ice machines on various floors and they don’t seem to care about fixing them). If you want to get a cold bottled water don’t bother going to the lobby because they don’t restock the fridge. Poor amenities, no mini fridge in the room. The housekeepers forgot to replace my shower curtain and hand soap. Slow and overcrowded elevators and cramped lobby makes for a stressful experi... read more

I paid for a room that included snacks and drinks and had a refrigerator. This was an upgrade from a regular room. I was put in a regular room with no snacks, drinks or refrigerator. Only AFTER I said something did they supply the snacks, drinks and refrigerator. The next day they actually did bring snacks and drinks but then the two following days nothing materialized not even the towels I requested from the front lobby as instructed in the room to do if you wanted fresh towels. I had also requested a late check out as an u... read more

Area around the hotel is dirty and full of homeless people. Could not get into the room until 4 pm even though check-in was supposed to be at 3pm because it was still being cleaned. No attempt by front-end/manager to resolve complaints about late check-in. The room decor is very outdated and has no refrigerator or any drawers/shelves to put clothes in/on. Was not able to eat the included breakfast because the area is tiny and was completely full and ridiculously busy every time we tried. House-keeping is only available every... read more

We were supposed to have our room cleaned every second day. I think there was a miscommunication with the staff on the scheduled day, as the housekeeping staff arrived early in the am, and I told her we were not ready. I think she believed I was declining service. When we told the front staff that our room had not been cleaned, they assured me it would be the next day, and again it was not. We were there for 7 nights, and our room was only cleaned twice. The breakfast was adequate, although quite similar every day. There was... read more
