I enjoyed the quietness and that the city lights weren’t too bright! I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is conveniently located closer to Penn station, subway entrances, and shopping and dining areas. Overall, it provides nice, quiet room and good breakfast. However, some facilities in the room, such as lights and faucet in an awkward angle of the sink, can be improved.
Excelente opção de hospedagem, melhor localização Excelente custo-benefício. O hotel possui ótima localização, fizemos quase tudo a pé. Atendimento cordial do staff, café da manhã justo pelo valor. Nosso quarto não foi limpo no dia programado, mas conversamos na recepção e foi resolvido. Conseguimos deixar as malas tanto na chegada quanto no check out. Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo.
The employees were very friendly and professional
Cutting back on service I selected the hotel due to a business trip and where I needed to walk for my meeting. The hotel was located in an area where I could easily get to my destination, plus, shop and eat. However, I was very disappointed with the hotel only offering room cleaning every other day. Ever since COVID hotels have cut back on services and jacked up prices. Truly not putting the consumer first!
